Reached out by HR team. Process included 5 rounds of interviews. The process took more than 2 months. The company is weird with a clear bias to hire Asian/Chinese people. They are still ignorant about political threats TikTok is facing. Language is a huge barrier as no one was fluent in English. They have a habit of ghosting candidates after interviews so if you don’t mail them many times the chances are you won’t get an answer.
