First is a screen call with recruiter who said role was hybrid and flexible. Second round interview with hiring manager said how did I feel about the bad reviews as they don't have much of a wrk life balance and I would be asked to come in to office 5x a week with weekly late evening meetings with leadership team that could go until 10/11pm. I felt what the recruiter shared versus what the hiring manger was looking for was completely opposite as this would be over 60+ hours a week. I did not proceed after this as I did not feel it was a good fit to leave my current company for.
