Proces was easy, clear and comfortable. It was a process of 2/3 weeks. Had a phone call with the recruiter first then thr interview with a colleague and last interview with the manager .

The interview process ran pretty smoothly and there were 4 different rounds. The anticipation and interview process was long, but proactively reaching out will get you all of the information you need in regards to next steps and where you stand in TikTok’s candidacy pool.

Has there ever been a time where you disagreed with leadership, and how did you handle that situation?
2 rounds of video interview using their system Lark. The interview was arranged by HR via whatsapp. It was not challenging but I felt that the questions are typical interview questions.
