1st interview with HR. Typical interview questions. Understanding of previous work experience. Description of the position’s day to day work and function. About 15-20 mins.
After a week, 2nd interview with hiring manager. More situational questions. Checking your ability to perform on the tasks that is expected of the position. About 45 mins.
Waited 3 weeks with Multiple follow ups, to finally get an automated email that I did not get the position.
Dull, and boring. Not lively and organic at all. Interviewer is basically reading from a list of template questions. No actual conversion, just felt like being interrogated. Disappointing process from a company meant to be creative.
