I had interview with the recruiter and he arranged the call with the Singapore SMB team. Thea interview went well and she mentioned to get in touch with the recruitor for the next step. The recuriter did not get back to me after 1week. I texted him again to ask if I am qualify for the next round and he didnt reply. He did not get back to me at all. I feel it is not professional for any company recruiter not to get back to candidate despite getting the next round or not. I was dissapointed for waiting and the recruiter ignore my message and call. This reflect badly to the recruitment team and company overall.
