I was scheduled for 2 interviews on the same day, 1 with a recruiter, 1 with someone on the team. The recruiter was extremely unprofessional: showed up 10 min late, told me nothing about the job (also did not speak English), asked me only 1 question (why do you want to work here), and based on that she canceled my second interview. Why schedule 2 interviews if an incompetent recruiter is going to cancel the second one?
