It was along process, 8 interviews and a project. I met with employees not only from the division this job was in but with fellow stakeholders. The entire process lasted around 5 months.

2nd round - hiring manager (about 45 min - 1 hr)
3rd round - Written assignment
Then another 3 rounds of interviews with people from 2 other teams & a director I believe

only the 1st round so far. the phone interview was super brief and they definitely expected you to know about their product and make sure you understand the job description
