Both 2 session with recruiter and hiring manager is like they are asking questions follows a script for the purpose of completing it. There was a lack of human touch in the process to build connections with candidates. Unlike interviews with other global companies that advocate their company culture and make sure if it is a mutual fit for both company and candidate, the experience with TikTok is like we are here to complete interview KPI. The JD of the position is also different from what the hiring manager explains... I hope while they expanding the business, HR would make more efforts to build their employer branding starting from the hrining process.
