The questions were more to technical skills with their HR Business Partner. They asked me how to hire for sales positions in Indonesia. Overall it's a good experience.

3 rounds in total and all of them are conducted online, 1st&2nd round are team members and last round is with the team leader; interview is not vert difficult but need prepare it well

The interview process with TikTok started with TikTok sources reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule phone screening. Then I phone screening with that source. After than, interviewed with the hiring manager.
