1) HR Screening (first round)
2) Hiring Manager
3) Senior Coworker/Team Mate
4) Head of Department/Team
5) HR Business Partner
Follow-ups were relatively fast, process were smooth.
I won't say the interview was easy if you don't know your stuff outside your current job scope well. You need to have strong understanding of the ecosystem.
I had a screening interview with the recruiter and then directly with the manager, which I personally didn’t like because I felt as he was making me a favour to be there
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
5 stages, very long process but they do it quickly if they want you. good compensation, very good benifits. the interviews are also not horrid, they ask reasonable questions. oh my god why does it need to be so long
