The job was for Tik Tok Bangladesh market. The interviewer was from bangladesh as well. The interview was supposed to ended in 15 mins but the interviewer asked me questions fr 45 to 50 mins straight. At first he asked me some basic behavioural questions and then he shared me a paragraph in Bengali and asked me to read it which I did with ease. Then he showed me 10 tiktok videos and asked me to find out whether these videos require any actions or not. So, I answered all those questions very easily and correctly. Not only that, I mentioned the applicable policies as well. He seemed happy with my answers and agreed to my answers. Finally he showed me a video where 4 Bangladeshi cricketers were singing and dancing in joy with their fans. So, I reviewed that they are bangladeshi cricketers and this video doesn't require any action. So he asked me "Can you name them?" for which I answered, "one is Shakib-ul -hassan, one is the bangladesh wicketkeeper and other two I don't remember the name." Then he asked me some technical questions on Advanced MS Excel which were not even needed for that job and I answered them correctly. But 2 days later I found out I was rejected due to my insufficient knowledge about bangladesh culture. I have never seen such an interviewer who reject the candidate without any proper reason.
