My situation was a bit different since I applied on August 2020 but couldn't continue in the process since all the vacancies were already filled at the moment. They told me they would reach out to me again in the future if more vacancies were available, but to be honest I doubted they would do that. However, they kept their promise and I was contacted by recruiting team several months later. I went straight to the last interview with HR, and a week later I received the job offer. Very happy that the company fulfilled their promise and kept me in the loop! To me that speaks a lot about a company and about their recruiting team :)

There were three interviews, with all varying levels of management. It was a very new school interview. The questions are not all straight forward. There are some weird questions like: "if you were an animal, what animal would you be". Did need applicable work experience to move forward.
