Applied online and had an interview a week later with the recruiter. The interview with the recruiter went really well and I was brought for a second interview with the hiring manager. The interview process was during the time Trump was trying to ban TikTok so I understood there might have been delays. The interview was in September. I have followed up multiple times each month to know if they started to pick things up. My last follow-up was in December to see what the status was since Tiktok was not going to band. I got no response but so the job posted back online. It would have been nice to be notified that I wouldn't have been moving forward instead of being dragged for months waiting.
