Talked to HR via phone, then the first round with the hiring manager which was great, then 3 weeks later interviewed with the team member and 3 other people from other teams. Then sent emails to follow up with the HR more than 5 times, he just totally ghosted and I never heard back from him. The HRs at TikTok really needs to learn that the candidate spends a lot of time to prepare the interviews, they should at least give the candidates a response or results.
