A talent coordinator reached out to me regarding an opening and we had an initial conversation within the day itself. A 30min interview was set up the next day with the recruiter who was handing the interview. The recruiter did not share any details about the next steps until I probed further. I was told that I had to follow up with the coordinator for the next steps. I then reached out to the coordinator through email and WhatsApp text. It has been a week and there has been no response. I then realized that the coordinator has blocked me on WhatsApp. Terrible interview process right from the start. I'm appalled by their lack of professionalism.
