I submitted my application and within a few hours they contacted me through whatsapp. The HR called me and briefly explained about the job description. However, it took them almost a month to contact me again to invite for the interview as they were preparing to conduct the interview. The interview consists of 2 stages. First stage: Group interview with 9 other candidates. We had to do a written assessment related to the job. We also had to do a discussion regarding a video that they made us watched. Pretty fun time. It took almost 2 hours for this session. If you passed the first stage, you’ll go to the second stage. Second stage: Just a traditional 1-1 interview with their HR. They ask basic things like why do you think you’re suitable for this job, your future goal etc. Overall, the whole process is pretty smooth. The HR is very responsive too. They would reply my text as soon as they’re available.
