I applied through seeing the position on Indeed. After a month they reached out to say that I will go on to do three interviews, with a potential peer, the hiring manager and HR. The HR coordinator stayed in touch with me and let me know when an interviewer would be late well in advance. The interviewers were quite to the point but kind and took their time to answer all my questions. They explained the role well and enjoyed talking about it. The interview process took about 3 weeks and I received a offer a week after the last one. I read the reviews here and a lot of them are quite negative so I wanted to share the experience I had. A note I would leave for anyone interviewing would be: Know how to apply your experience to the role, know about the company and show that you are able to take feedback with appreciation. Good luck!
