Describe past experiences and what you have learned along your journey.
Why Tiktok, Are you using the app? What do you like about it? What can you bring to this role to make it successful etc.
Man wird zu zwei Gesprächen eingeladen, obwohl die Position am Ende intern besetzt wird. Beim Erstgespräch hat der Recruiter darüber hinaus den Tag verwechselt und erschien nicht. Für eine Rückmeldung musste man selbst hinterher sein.
