A complete joke of a recruitment process. It started with a WhatsApp call from the recruiter, who explained that the process would consist of two interview rounds. After completing the first interview, I heard nothing for weeks. I was then informed that an additional interviewer had been added to the process, so I completed another round and was told it was the final stage. From that point, I was left waiting for over a month. Every time I followed up, I received the same response: "Let me check and get back to you." Despite multiple follow-ups, there was never a clear update or timely communication. I successfully progressed through every stage of the process, yet I have still not received a final outcome from either the recruiter or the interview panel. The lack of communication and respect for candidates' time has been extremely disappointing.
