8 interviews and a phone screen over 2+ months. Kept extending the process (over a month) and added 4 interviews more than they stated. Would not disclose level of the role. Even had two interviewers no-show. At initial recruiter screen, they stated the band was 150k + stock + bonus. At offer, they offered 95k firm, no negotiation. I thought I misheard at first. Bait and switch, with non-transparent and unethical hiring practices.
