This company wants to "make recruitment simple", but they have an extremely long and useless recruitment process! 5 steps, 5 calls and always asking the same questions!! I even had to do an assignment that took quite some time. They made me get to the end of the selection process but then rejected me due to low motivation (after agreeing to 5 meetings at their preferred time!!) Really bad experience! And a waste of time!
