I received an email that Ticketnetwork was having an open house for entry level positions so I went to check it out.
The complex was very impressive and the people working there all seemed really happy. I walked around to different tables learning about the company and the open positions and I decided on "customer service rep" which was a call center position. I asked the woman at the table a bit about the job and gave her my resume. She looked it over and immediately set me up with an interview on the spot in their cafeteria.
I sat at a table and a manager asked me very generic interview questions about my experience. About halfway through this, he stopped me and told me that he wasn't going to bother with the rest of the questions, he wanted me to get set up with the next step right away.
I scheduled for taking testing for the next week and went in to take their tests. This was in a conference room with 4 other people. It was a multiple choice quiz with logic questions, then a few essay questions to gauge your personality. Nothing remotely hard. I finished and was told a recruiter would contact me after reviewing it if I was to move onto the next step.
As luck would have it a recruiter emailed me the next day and we scheduled a phone interview for Friday at 9am. I prepared myself and on Friday I waited...and waited....and waited...and no one called. I emailed the recruiter and was told there was an emergency in the office and she wanted to reschedule to 5pm. So at 5pm, I got myself prepared and waited and waited and waited and no one called. I emailed the recruiter again and received no response. I emailed the recruiter AGAIN on Monday and received no response. I called the recruiters direct line from her emails and left a voice mail with all my information and contact info and again reiterated that I wanted to have the phone interview and received NO RESPONSE.
I was professional in all my correspondence with the recruiter and apologetic even though I had been the one stood up twice and ignored. This was beyond unprofessional behavior from Ticketnetwork and I ended up finding employment elsewhere.

Very basic interview questions at the job fair. If you have any ability to talk/interview you should nail this. The logic test was simple things you would find on SAT tests.

Lengthy and tedious interview process, too many rounds of interviews, intelligence test, typing test, and requires 5 different references (they will call them)
You're brought to different interviewers after you finish your first one, and the process lasts about 2 hours and 45 minutes.

I had a phone interview, knowledge test, and one other interview with a person from the call center. It was a very easy process. Although the IQ test was weird they put you in a conference room with about 10-15 other people to take the test.
