I got recently interviewed at Tivo. I was surprised with personality of interviewer. He himself was a Sr Manager but hardly able to speak properly.Personality was weird. Didn't have basic soft skills. Without any talk as soon as interview started with no introductions, just started do you know problems with hibernate etc. After every question he was having pauses and moving forward. I explained the architecture of product well, but seemed he himself was not knowledgeable enough & was searching for a architect instead of manager i beleive.
