A friend of mine referred me for the position. There was no phone screen. I was asked to come into the office for an onsite. I met with the CTO, VP Engineering, the Architect of the flagship product, and an engineer. They asked mostly technical questions and some questions about general approaches to Data QA. I never got any phone call back, so after a few days, I called back to ask about my application status. I was told they were still considering my application but had not yet made a decision. I thanked them and called back after a week. I got the same reply. Then I called back the next week and the process repeated for 2 months. At that point I stopped calling. About a month later, I had an interview scheduled elsewhere and I decided I would call back TR again just in case. My call went to an answering service, so I left a message. The next day, I was called back with an offer.
