2. Virtual call with Lead Software Engineer (ask about motivation, etc)
3. Take home technical assignment
4. HR behavioral/personality screen
5. Technical presentation on assignment
6. Technical test with group on algorithms, share screen coding and etc
I must say the Lead Talent Acquisition was very helpful in this whole process and thumbs up to him!

Entrevista
Typical interview process. First, an interview with the recruiter, then take home coding challenge and then a final tech interview with the lead, head of architecture and some team members. This took several weeks. After all that effort and hours spent and getting to the final interview, I was ghosted. I never received an email, a call or a message about being rejected, or any feedback at all. I tried to follow up with the recruiter but was ignored.
