Entrevista
First-round is a talk with a recruiter, very easy - don't study for this. Asks mostly about interests, one technical question. The next round is with a senior researcher, asking technical questions. Next, are some more interviews with the research time, followed by an on-site.

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Thumbtack (San Francisco, CA) en abr 2018
Entrevista
I was introduced to a designer at the company who invited me to grab a coffee at the office. At that first meeting several people from the design and research team stopped by and introduced themselves and I had an opportunity to get a sense for what the role was about. I was intrigued and asked to be referred for the current opening for a User Researcher. The next day I got a call from a recruiter saying they wanted to move forward and explaining the entire journey. The recruiter was very professional and caring and answered some sensitive questions that I had. I then had two 30 min onsite interviews with other researchers, followed by a 3 hour onsite with a broader team (portfolio review, mock research activity, culture fit assessment, lunch). Throughout the process the recruiter kept me up to date on all developments, scheduled the next round of interviews super quickly, and made me feel very cared for. The best experience I've had (and I applied for 30+ jobs in the past 4 months...).

Have you ever had a stakeholder/client ask you to conduct research to answer a question that can't be answered (within that time frame or with the budget at hand)? If so, what did you do?
