First, I had I think a week to complete an exercise at home and submit it back. Then I had a Zoom short interview (maybe 45 min) with a senior UX Researcher. She walked me through the role and the company and then asked me questions about the activity that I have submitted. Finally, I had an on-site interview (4.5 hours) where I had a 1-hour presentation, then completed a case study challenge, then had a session of behavioral questions, and eventually, had a session with the head of UX Research.
