Terrible communication. Recruiter reached out to me to schedule a time to chat. At our scheduled time, she never calls. I reach out to ask if she needed to reschedule and she notes her error and says yes. A few days later, I receive a message from her saying thanks for taking the time to chat but we are not moving forward... we never chatted! I reach out again about this and she notes her error. At our next scheduled time to chat, she again never calls. She then, without emailing me, proposes a new time for us to chat via Google Calendar. At this point I prefer to decline the invite.
