The interview process was very intuitive and refreshing. Every interviewer understood their tasks, and executed the interviews very well. I would recommend interviewing with Thumbtack! Lunch was also provided!

Spoke with someone from the recruiting team who informed me I was moving forward in the process and would hear back in a day or two with information on next steps. Never head back - emailed to check in and no response. Having interviewed at many companies, this was one of the worst experiences I've had as a candidate. The company demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect for candidates time. This is of upmost importance for recruiters, so am glad I figured it out before it was too late!
