Nate and Pete were simple, standard interview questions. Andy is tough, asked some questions that I've never been asked. Hardest one was, if you were in charge of the evacuation strategy for Atlanta and a major disaster hits, what would you do?

Tough, Three Interviews. Started with a phone interview with VP of Sales, then had a face to face with COO, then a week later met with CEO. Offer came 2 days later. The interview with the CEO was unlike any other I've ever had in my career. He asked some difficult questions, but made me feel very comfortable as did the first two interviewers.

What was your biggest mistake in business or personal life and how did you handle it. How many golf balls does it take to fill up a school bus.

Process was smooth and pain free. Met with the COO and CEO/Founder. Both were smart, driven, and detailed. Felt like I had a firm grasp on what day to day would be like at Thumb Friendly

Unlike any interview I've had in a positive way. Spoke with VP of Sales on phone first then met for two hours with CEO and Founder. They ask tough questions some of which come out of left field but now I understand why. Overall process was about 2 weeks from start to finish. Was able to go on ride along before making decision which was nice.
