Entrevista
All I can say is the Georgia team was very unprofessional. I was in government work making 100k a year. I was interested in Thrivent because I wanted to learn the field and eventually pursue my own business. My government job is fairly important, and I moved around my schedule multiple times to schedule interviews. My second stage interview (Zoom) was missed, and I was not notified until 5 minutes prior. Due to my work schedule, I missed out on 8 hours of sleep to make the interview. When the interview finally occurred, the hiring manager was Late, and conducted the zoom on a CELLPHONE with horrible service. There was then a follow up call several days later which the hiring manager was 2 hours late for. I have an extensive network, and I was ready to hit the ground running. The company asked me to hand over a detailed marketing plan with 200 contacts. I refused to do so. I did not need the job, but I was very interested in learning the field. Thrivent should be embarrassed at it's hiring team. Very Unprofessional. This was the final nail in the coffin, as I will be starting my own RIA to serve people in good faith.

Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.

Can you fill out your top 300 contacts in a business planning workbook?
It was pretty casual, asked me questions more about personality than technical skills. The process took around four interviews, where I met with a singular guy at first and then with a team.
Very easy going process that was made easier by great people. They are really testing to see how good your soft skills are and your ability to communicate with people.
