They were always kind and on time with the process. The interviewers always seemed very professional and kept things moving. Much better than some other companies I have interviewed for.

Very disappointing to think that since you are the interviewer, you will waste candidates' time by conducting three interviews and then going silent with no feedback or response but a cold decline letter after a month of dead silence. From HR to the hiring manager, the entire interviewing process must be reviewed to ensure that the "proud boys" are not conceitedly calling shots. Be aware of Thrivent's catchphrase, "come as you are," it's so far-fetched, and don't fall for it!! Interviewees, remember, this is your market. Don't fall for companies that lack integrity or mutual respect for your time.
