3 stage process - initial phone call with HR, technical / competency video call and final video call with management. Phone call stage was fairly simple with a few questions about my background. The 2nd stage video call was with two engineers, I went into a lot of detail describing my experience and I had experience with all the technologies listed in the job advert. However they didn't seem interested in this at all and just kept emphasising how they wanted someone who was 'customer facing' even though that wasn't listed as a requirement in the job specification. This was a strange requirement for a developer - I guess they were just looking for a highly extroverted person or someone who is good at talking constantly. They also asked me some questions where they could get free advice / info on React and Storybook. They said they would get back to me in 2 days but then they ghosted me, I didn't hear anything from the recruitment agent either. Very disappointing for a company with such good Glassdoor reviews.
