Showed up to the office to see 3 other people waiting to be interviewed. It seemed as though they were having some sort of hiring event because multiple hiring managers would come back and forth calling back applicants. I had a short interview, maybe about 15 minutes tops. She mainly focused on my work ethic and the specifics of the position (which is not what you came and applied for). They say everyone starts out at the same position basically selling stuff at a booth at Costco or Sam's Club. Which I feel is very misleading because the job postings they had did not mention anything of the sort. They say you have to have a strong work ethic to move up and you have to work all week and weekends at these stores pushing their client's products. I was called back for a second interview but decided not to go because they were asking me to drive 50 minutes out just to watch employees at a Sam's Club. Overall very misleading and would not recommend if you are looking for a serious career, not minimum wage to drive all around town without compensation.
