First initial call which went great and determines if you move forward to the next step. Second was a zoom call with the 3 executive team members to understand more of my background and Threecore as part of what they want and what I am looking for. Third interview after this was an in person at one of Threecore's offices in Sarasota which was 2-3hours away from my location of Orlando, where they are so intrigued after the second interview that they want to meet you. Met the team and had an hour long interview/discussion which they want to get me the personality test, waiting on an offer practically. Waited 3-4 days to here that they looked at their projects and understand that they do not need a PM in the Orlando area at the moment.
