I recently had the privilege of participating in a series of video call interviews with Threads Styling, and I must say, it was a positive experience from start to finish. Despite the virtual setting, the warmth and respect from the staff members were clear, making each round feel like a genuine conversation rather than a formal evaluation. The process consisted of five rounds of interviews, along with a design challenge. What impressed me most was how much Threads values candidates' time and effort. The design challenge they presented was thoughtfully crafted to be completed within a reasonable timeframe of 4 to 6 hours, demonstrating their respect for candidates' schedules and commitments. Throughout the entire process, the team's professionalism and friendliness were evident. They made me feel valued and supported, fostering an environment where I could showcase my skills and personality authentically.
