Process is straightforward.
Start with the coding exercise of their pre-defined project and followed by project discussions. It was about an hour long interview. Interview panel is very helpful. project discussion were quite deep.

In quest'ultima sono previsti 3 colloqui distinti:
- Technical Interview
- Cultural Alignment Interview
- Leadership Interview
Totalmente ho sostenuto 5 colloqui per un totale di quasi 5 ore, non tutte in un'unica sessione ma suddivise in diversi slot

Entrevista
Initial phone screen with internal Technical interview. This was followe by a video interview (code pair) a week later. Question was sent before hand. The question was very simple, some commands and based on the commands execute operations. The test was designed to be a collaborative exercise to test communication, TDD and BDD.
But it was not collaborative at all. Infact the person who called me seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. I expected the interview to be an "experience" based on blogs but this person made sure it was not.
