Two tech interviews after the screening. Code interview on existing codebase, very focused on TDD. Second tech interview with two engineers about migration strategies, design patterns, containerization, integration. Didn't get an offer but a very detailed feedback mail. Interesting experience!

5 stages interview: - People Team: expectations, previous experience, etc. - Coding exercise (pairing): 90 min pairing with the interviewer. Explaining thought process. - Technical talk: focused on previous work, technology, testing. - Cultural fit - Final fit with Head of People
