These are cheap recruiters who lowball bigtime i am earning 33 LPA so i asked them for about 45 LPA which they didnt agree so i asked atleast 35% hike on my current take they were reluctant but anyhow we went ahead with the interview there were 6 rounds in total(god knows for such less why to take so many rounds looks like they have only budget for interviewers) including 4 technical and 2 non technical i cleared all of them and then a lady recuiter contacted me phoned me she told me what they can offer which was 36 lpa + 1.5 benfits(like sudexo they included in ctc) and 2 lacs joining bonus i asked atleast 5 they rejected but still i was okay then they have a very terrible appraisal system where they say that anyone joining AFTER september WONT get any hikes UNTIL 2024 i was like okay but the catch was i was getting 10 lpa worth stocks from my present company which would be maturing in september mid so i informed them the same this was still August so if i submit resignation i would loose my stocks i informed them the same they said they want me to submit resignation as soon as they release offer letter (firstly you lowball me and you also expect me to let go of my 10 lacs worth stocks? i said i will resign after septmber mid they put my offer on hold for 2 days and sent email thanks for your time we cant move forward the WHY DID YOU INTERVIEW me anyway thanks for wasting my time folks i am grateful that i didnt have to join such an organisation

1)code reveiw round where i was asked to reveiw a terraform code
2)code pairing round where they reveiw the code in 1st round
3)Complete Devops round it was very indepth round must say hardest there we 2 people who took interview
4)Was mostly similar to 3rd round grilled on complete devops to and fro
5)social connect round a dumb round i dont know what is the meaning of this round they want to know your views on social topics like rservation etc
6)leadership round- another dumb round where they want to know how we inreact with team mebers etc a total waste of 60 mins to be honest

The process begins with RH as the initial step. If you choose to proceed, you'll then receive a home test focusing on cloud, CI/CD, microservices, and containers. Given the unrealistic timeframe for completion, I preferred not to pursue it, based on past experiences where the time spent was not reciprocated or acknowledged.
