I was contacted by TW about taking part in a interview process. At fist they sent me an email with 3 problem so I could choose one, resolve and send them the resulting code; Then we met at a local hotel and did some interviews and a logic test. The first interview was mostly about ethical and social questions. The second interview was with 2 coders and covered my background, past companies I worked on. The third interview was a guy that sat besides me and asked some changes in the code I wrote and we discussed my suggestions about it. After this step I had 3 more interviews (skype). One was with the managing director at Brazil. The second one was with the CTO at Brazil. The third was with two guys (coders). Those interviews were rather general covering many topics. The coders centered more around my experience in coding but all three were interested in my experience in general.
