There were a couple rounds of interviews and a final in the office that included lunch with the team. I have sat on writing this review for awhile but after the events of 2020 I felt I needed to share. The company views and visions on paper sounded great but it was upsetting when they asked me "if you had a male and a female in the final interview who would you hire?" I said "the most qualified for the role" - the answer was "Always the female".. That answer did not sit well with me then and doesn't today. Too woke.
