Very lengthy and thorough interview. Loved every second of the process.
People were very nice and genuinely seem to care about the candidate and whether they would fit within the company.

If your professional and personal ideals align with the company, it is not difficult at all. If not, it’s as difficult as putting a square peg in a round hole. The interview felt natural and not forced.

The interview was for .Net based developer.
First round was a coding round, where you will be given 2 work items that needs to be solved. So the analysis is basically on the thought process, and problem solving ability.
Second round is more a deep dive on your skills, previous projects and its work experiences.
Cultural round is more of things on how you behave on different scenarios and cases.

Interview process is very well designed, and separated into phases: one for culture, another one for a pairing interview, another one for a technical interview and a last one for leadership (in case you are a Lead or higher).
