the selection started from a written round with one of the best aptitude paper I've seen. then the awesome coding round. the next was interview. all these in college in one day.. selected students were called for 1 on 1 interview at the company itself. all in all, it was the best selection process i went through... nothing beats it.. :) had fun all through.. the office environment was welcoming and very positive.

The interview consists of two rounds and takes about a month. It mainly asks about the understanding of the business and the ability to cooperate with others, and also includes some assessment of personal technical abilities
I was referred into Thoughtworks Bengaluru. After a basic HR screen, a PM grilled me on BA-style scenarios. After that, I prepped a two-day case study to roleplay a consultant.
