Entrevista
First I had a Skype interview. It was a great conversation and very inspiring. It made me feel even more excited about the project than I already was. After that I had a technical interview which was also like a chat and I always felt really comfortable. The questions where in a more technical depth but on the side of what would you do to learn to code in a certain programming language or what would you like to learn more about. After this, I went into the office for a whole day and did my best; did a couple of tests and also some other sessions, regarding both my technical and soft skills. It really surprised me one of the sessions I had where we discussed about politics and what was my view about the world's problems. It was very nice to know that the whole company was concerned about these maters and that there even were specific teams in charge to take care of them.
So, by the end of the day I was really exhausted but had a great feeling. I was also excited about the possibility of becoming part of this AMAZING company with such AMAZING people. In the end, I wasn't hired which was very deceiving. Although I was encouraged to apply in some months time, because I needed to improve my technical skills. They also thought I could be a good fit if I, after some time ,achieved the technical skills they needed me to have. So I'm still working on it, improving to get to be where I want to be.
Invited for an HR screening only to be immediately rejected for not having enough YOE. If this was a hard requirement why even schedule a call in the first place? A complete waste of time for both parties.

The interview consists of two rounds and takes about a month. It mainly asks about the understanding of the business and the ability to cooperate with others, and also includes some assessment of personal technical abilities
I was referred into Thoughtworks Bengaluru. After a basic HR screen, a PM grilled me on BA-style scenarios. After that, I prepped a two-day case study to roleplay a consultant.
