I was interviewed at Thoughtworks ,India Interview consisted of total 8 rounds round1- short coding round this is a coding round of 20 mins , if u get the correct output , u r in for round 2. round2- long coding round this is a 90 mins code pairing round , u are paired with Thoughtworkers and they try to see ur approach , mainly OOPS concept round3- logical assessment test , which consists basic flow chart questions ( trust me they are no where near to basic ) round 4- technical 1 round they will see ur resume ask abt your projects , data structures (linked list ) , recursion questions, sequences , implement snakes and ladder game round5- tehnical 2 round they will ask ur fav subjects and then they will go deep in that subjects , questions from c , c++ , java round 6 -p3 round this is 3rd pillar round , this round makes sure they take good people in their company , no arrogance (one of the reasons why people inside thoughtworks are very good ), general discussions on banning liquor shops in gujarat , ban on PAK actors ( basically they try to understand ur point of views towards society and how honest and empathetic u r ). round 7- 12 mins basic eng maths test trust me if u reach till this round , u r pass this as well round 8- Leadership round normal discussion abt urself and current affairs , how to find thoughtworks interview process , why do u want to work for thoughtworks, what do u think were ur weak points in the entire interview process (self introspection type thing ). (one cheat sheet be honest n be confident ) finalllly u will get a awesome company to work with . ALL THE BEST!!!!

Went well overall four rounds starting with Hacker rank test, Code pairing, Technical and Cultural alignment interview. Majorly focused on Oops and DSA. Java and Python are added plus, overall good experience with good interviewers
