Not very structured process. Unfortunately the talent team is a nightmare to interact with and eventually is just ghosting candidates. Not respectful of our time at all. Even after many emails there has been no reply which is very disrespectful in the end.

The interview process took approximately a month and consisted of five interviews across three stages (1:2:2): Initial Informal Chat – A casual coffee chat with one of the managers, primarily focused on experience-based questions and an opportunity to ask about the company. Onsite Technical Stage – Two interviews: A code review exercise (GoLang). A system design whiteboard session, both conducted by two senior engineers or managers. Final Onsite Interviews – Two interviews with managers: A case study interview, where a scenario was presented, and I was asked to outline the steps I would take as a manager. It was an open-ended question with no right or wrong answer—designed to assess my thought process, the information I would seek, and my decision-making approach. A competency-based interview, focusing on leadership and behavioral questions. Overall, the experience was positive. It was great to meet so many people and gain insight into the company culture. The interviewers were friendly and supportive, and I felt well-guided throughout the process by my recruitment partner, Charles—thank you for that!
