Thought Machine is building a world class team - really care about the candidate process (they come from a Google background) and treat you like an adult. What I enjoyed about the process is that they are a bunch of high quality folks - and will do anything to get A players on their team. Joining the Singapore team is a fantastic growth opportunity as Thought Machine is well suited to work with the new challenger banks that are going to be created in Singapore as MAS gives our the licences. The company is engineering driven, have amazingly wicked smart and young folks and most importantly, a culture where you feel like you want to hang around with these folks for drinks.
