A percentage shortlisting followed by a DI-Quant-DS exam. After this follows a 'Sort-of' HR round. The people who came to hire were normal employees and not HR. Be thorough about your own resume. They will grill you on it. Having done at least 1 tech project will be helpful. They might ask you a simple coding or electronics problem.

I applied through college placement drive. There was an aptitude test first. Which included a communication part: "Write about how you would adjust to life in a new city if you got selected by Thorogood". The second part was quantitative analysis and data interpretation questions. After aptitude test, there was a round of interview. It was mostly about my projects mentioned in CV. Then next round was Assessment Centre, which is a day long process with 4 parts: Case Study, Fact Finding Round, Group Discussion, HR Interview. This part doesn't really need preparation. You just need to be good at solving problems on the spot.
