The process was quite informal and relaxed. The Directors were quite focused on what I wanted to achieve within the organisation which I liked. Growth and progression featured quite a lot and cultural fit was also a big factor. There was a review of my skills and experience to see what I could bring to the Company and they were very open with regards to their business growth plans.
