Average interview process. First it was a one on one interview with basic questions and going over your resume. Then they had me mirror a representative and get a feel for what the job actually is. They would answer calls regarding the Tax software that they provide and help clients prepare the returns. Overall it was an easy process. I was told by the end that I had the job and that I had a week to get back with an answer.

It was a professional and straightforward process. Being asked a couple of basic interview questions such as introduction of yourself, why I should get hired and a few behavioural contexts. Love this company!
